• We ship our products all over India.
  • Once the product is ready for shipment, we will notify you of the tracking details via email and SMS.
  • Orders would be usually delivered within 10 to 15 working days from the order processed date.
  • teezbro does not guarantee any delivery date for the ordered product/s and it could be delivered earlier or might take more than 15 working days based on your delivery location and logistics partners.
  • In the case of unexpected natural calamities, government restrictions/orders, holidays, political bandhs, or any other potential outages from the logistics partner’s end, it could extend up to 30 working days.
  • Delays in delivery are not notified by teezbro and we expect the customer to coordinate with the logistics partner.
  • Deliveries will be made on business days. Please do sign once the product is delivered.
  • teezbro is not responsible if the product/s is/are received by an alternate person and then lost/damaged or delivery failure due to incorrect/insufficient address.
  • Change of the delivery address and contact number would not be possible after the order is processed from our end.
  • Delivery failures, missing products, or damaged packages during transit would not be claimed against teezbro.
  • Delay in delivery should be notified by the customers through email within 2 working days from the expected delivery date shown on the logistics partner’s website and we will not be liable after that.


  • If the product has been returned back, our logistics team will analyze the reason for the return of the products and reach out to the customer via email or WhatsApp to understand the challenges in receiving the product, issue with delivery, and more specific details of the delivery location for re-shipping.
  • The customer does not have an option to cancel the returning order (undelivered order) and returned order can be canceled at the customer’s request. Refunds will be made after deducting the return shipping charges of the original shipment deducted from our end.
  • The product can re-shipped with a maximum of 1 additional attempt other than the original shipment at our cost.
  • If the re-shipped product has been returned back with an undelivered status, we will automatically cancel the order and refund the cost after deducting the return shipping charges of the original shipment and forwards and return shipping charges of the additional attempts that we have made from our end.
  • Our logistics team will action the delivery failures based on the comments/feedback from the delivery team only.
