Refund, Cancellation and Exchange
We strive hard to provide the best shopping experience and product quality satisfaction for our customers. If a customer feels displeased by the product received, we will exchange the product, provided the customer gives a genuine reason and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of any dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to exchange their purchase with a brand new one. Our Policy for the exchange will be as follows:
Refund and cancellation
At Teezbro, we make sure you get the absolute best of our products. We process your order as soon as it is placed. On canceling your order, the product that has been crafted specifically for you is in vain. Hence, we do not accept cancellations or refunds.
We always try our best to provide customers with the best possible quality, fit, and print. However, there might be some exceptions out of our control, like defects during manufacturing, mishandling by the delivery agency, etc. In such cases, if the reason provided is genuine, we would work to replace the product with a brand new one.
Please refer to the size chart provided by us to find the perfect fit and place the order accordingly. Any discrepancy due to misfit or incorrect order place won’t be eligible for exchange. Also, failing to follow wash care instructions would lead to damage to the fabric and print of the product, and such cases won’t be entertained for an exchange.
Thus, customers are requested to check the right size using the size guide provided at the time of placing an order.
Exchange requests should be mailed to us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, stating your name, contact number, order ID, genuine reason for exchange, and added image. Any requests received later will not be considered for exchange.
Note: For exchange, you will have to send the product back via courier and the shipping charges has to be borne by you. However, the shipping for the exchanged product will be taken care of by us.
